Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)
It is included in your rental amount.
Collision damage waiver reduces the customer’s damage responsibility to the excess/deductible amount.
The maximum excess amount is EUR 1000 for all vehicle groups.
Theft Waiver (THW)
It is included in your rental amount. It reduces the client's financial responsibility for loss or theft to the vehicle to the sum of the deductible.
In case of theft, 10% of the value of the car will be deducted from the renter's account.Please note that In case of theft, 10% of the value of the vehicle will be deducted from the customer's account.
Third Party Liability Insurance (TPL)
It is included in your rental amount. Insurance coverage for the vehicle rented includes Third Party Liability with a limited cover for personal injuries and material damages.
VEHICLE THEFT: In case of theft, the customer must immediately inform Finalrentals Lithuania and provide Finalrentals Lithuania with the vehicle registration documents (if provided), vehicle keys and the security system console (if any). If these conditions are not met, the customer will be considered guilty (until proven innocent) and will have to cover all losses related to the theft of the vehicle.
ACCIDENT: in the event of a road traffic accident, it is necessary to immediately notify the Finalrentals Lithuania. If the vehicle cannot be operated anymore, the customer must take care of the vehicle's safety, to transport the vehicle to the nearest protected area, unless agreed otherwise with Finalrentals Lithuania.
If the customer is the culprit of the incident, he undertakes to take care of the delivery of the vehicle to the Finalrentals Lithuania lot and to compensate Finalrentals Lithuania for the damage suffered. Time from vehicle accident to

If the damage caused by an insured event to a third party exceeds the amount of the civil liability insurance, the customer undertakes to pay the missing loss-covering amount.
If the customer is the culprit of the incident and was drunk or under the influence of narcotics or other psychotropic substances at the time of the incident, if the vehicle was confiscated when the customer
used it to transport contraband, weapons or narcotic substances, all losses of the incident (including the Finalrentals Lithuania lost income until the vehicle is returned to Finalrentals Lithuania must be covered customer's account.
Transferable Insurance Coverage
The following insurance type(s) Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI), Collision Damage Waiver (CDW), Third Party Liability (TPL) is (are) not included.
In order to use the renter's own insurance, he/she must provide proof of TPL and CDW coverage in his/her own name, issued by one of the following companies: State Farm, Liberty Mutual, Geico, All State, Infinity, Progressive, USAA, Nationwide, e-surance and Farmers.
Insurance must include the total value of the rented vehicle.
Insurance is accepted only if issued in the following country(ies): USA, Venezuela, Puerto Rico and Canada.
Customers must have Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) coverage for the total value of the vehicle available on their credit card insurance.
Renters must provide proof of their own insurance. Acceptable proof of insurance must include insurance declaration page, Insurance certificate and insurance ID card, which is valid for minimum 30 day from the pickup date.
If you do not comply with the insurance requirements listed above OR your self-Insurance/Credit card insurance is not from the above mentioned companies, it is Mandatory to purchase insurance at the rental desk in order to rent the vehicle.
Excess Reduction
In the event of an accident, Super Collision Damage Waiver (Super CDW) reduces your excess amount to ZERO.
For all vehicle groups, the super CDW price is:
Daily price is EUR 15 per day.
Weekly price is EUR 10 per day.
Monthly price is EUR 8 per day.
By purchasing the Super Collision Damage Waiver (Super CDW), the customer reduces their liability in the event of damage and/or destruction to the body, glass, rims and tires as a result of an insured event (other than theft) up to EUR 0. The additional insurance does not cover damage to the interior of the vehicle and damage caused by the customer's intentional act or due to gross negligence, if the engine fails due to
improper maintenance of oil and coolant, as well as failure of the fuel system due to expired or improper use of fuel. Additional insurance covers the damage of one insured event.
If the event is recognized as uninsurable, the customer bears full responsibility for the damage suffered by Finalrentals Lithuania and third parties.
If the customer subleased or transferred the vehicle to third parties and the vehicle disappeared, and the insurance company recognized the event as uninsurable, the customer must fully compensate the value of the vehicle.
If the customer opts for SCDW, a refundable deposit of EUR 250 will be held on the credit card.

Driver Age
The minimum driver’s age is 21 years and the maximum driver’s age is 70 years.
Driver’s License
Drivers must hold a full and valid license for at least 3 years with no major endorsements. Also, a valid ID card and passport would be required at time of pick up.
Driving licenses issued in the US, Canada and Australia are accepted without an international driving license. They can drive on their domestic license up to 6 months in Lithuania.
An International Driver’s License (IDL) is mandatory if the renter’s national driving license is not in Roman/English alphabet. International driver license must be accompanied by the original domestic license of the driver.
Fees
Airport fee is not applicable.
You are responsible for the cost of any parking fines and other penalties incurred whilst the vehicle is contracted to you. The rental office will pass the relevant fine on to you plus a processing fee of EUR 25.
Forbidden
Carry loads of greater weight than specified in the technical characteristics; towing another vehicle; participate in races or speed tests; to drive
under the influence of alcohol, drugs, psychotropic or other substances; carry more passengers than the number of seats specified in the vehicle registration certificate; drive on roads that are not adapted
For vehicles; transport animals in containers not adapted for this purpose; use the vehicle in criminal activities; transport contraband, weapons, narcotic, flammable or dangerous substances and other items, the storage and transportation of which is prohibited by law; it is prohibited to fill fuel intended for agriculture and trucks, as well as biofuel, for use by paying passengers for transportation, training purposes.
If the obligations stipulated in the terms of the vehicle contract are not ensured, regardless of whether damage was caused, the customer shall pay a fine of EUR 300 to Finalrentals Lithuania.
SMOKING IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN IN THE VEHICLE.
VEHICLE MAINTENANCE
If you notice a breakdown or deterioration of the vehicle's technical condition, immediately notify Finalrentals Lithuania and, knowing that this may damage the vehicle, do not operate it. In case of engine failure
due to improper maintenance of oil and coolant, as well as failure of the fuel system due to expired or improper use of fuel, repairs will be covered at the customer's expense and
The customer will have to pay Finalrentals Lithuania for each day while the vehicle is being repaired.
If a vehicle tire is damaged, the customer undertakes to compensate Finalrentals Lithuania for the value of 2 tires, calculated according to the average prices of tires on the market, after considering wear and tear, if the value of these tires is not covered by Finalrentals Lithuania insurance.
The Finalrentals Lithuania does not cover the repair of the vehicle and other costs of the customer if the breakdown occurred due to the customer's fault, recklessness or intent, and the costs are not covered by insurance and are not provided after-sales service.
Breakdown Assistance
Breakdown assistance is included for all rentals. Additional charges will apply, if breakdown assistance is required for customers fault. Relevant contact details and roadside assistance procedures will be given prior to the commencement of the hire.
Fuel Policy
The vehicle will be supplied with a full tank of fuel and must be returned full. Otherwise, missing fuel plus a refueling charge of EUR 30 will apply on your return. Fuel charges are payable at the rental desk unless otherwise stated. Supplier's fuel policy change from time to time, please confirm at rental counter.
Mileage Policy
Limited Mileage: 300 km per day
For excess Km an additional charge of EUR 0.12 per km will apply.
Cross border Travel
The vehicle may only be used by the customer in the country (ies) specified in the Rental Agreement. If the customer wants to travel to another country, he must inform the rental company staff. In case of violation of this agreement, the customer undertakes to pay a fine of EUR 300 and to cover all costs of Finalrentals Lithuania related to this and all protections lose their validity.
In case of offence against Cross Border and Territorial Restrictions all protections lose their validity.
Tax Rate
Tax is included in the rental price. However, for all the optional extras or special equipment, or extra services, tax would be levied separately.
Payment Methods and deposit
Only American Express, Master Card and Visa credit cards are accepted and must be in the main renter's name while paying at the rental desk.
Cash, Debit Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay are not accepted.
Deposit.
If the customer does not choose full insurance, the deposit is 900 euros.
If the customer chooses full insurance, the deposit is 250 euros
Delivery and collection
Delivery and collection service is available free of charge within Vilnius and Kaunas cities.
For delivery and collection service outside Vilnius and Kaunas cities, an additional charge will apply:
if the distance is up to 100 km - EUR 25 per way
if more than 100 km - EUR 0.20 per km
Out of Hours
Out-of-hours service (from 10 PM to 8 AM) is available for an additional charge of EUR 25 fee per service.
Grace Period
for vehicle pick up:
Grace period of up to 1 hour is allowed. If the customer has informed about the delay, then grace period of up to 2 hours is allowed. After the grace period booking will be cancelled.
For vehicle return:
The vehicle is rented (given for use) to the customer for the period specified in the Agreement. If the customer wishes to extend the rental Agreement, he must notify Finalrentals Lithuania before the end of the term
less than 24 hours until the return term specified in the Agreement. If the rental term is not returned or extended, the customer undertakes to cover the losses incurred by Finalrentals Lithuania due to the unrented vehicle to another customer.
The vehicle must be returned to the agreed place by the deadline specified in the Agreement. If the vehicle is to be returned at a time not specified in the Agreement, or at an unspecified place, the customer must inform Finalrentals Lithuania about the place and time of the return of the vehicle at least 24 hours before by the due date. The customer is responsible for the vehicle until the moment, until Finalrentals Lithuania assesses whether the vehicle has been returned without damages and damages and confirms this to the customer.
2 hours of grace period is allowed (must be notified in advance). After the grace period an additional one day rental will apply.
Validity of contract
The agreement comes into force from the date of signing and is valid until the full fulfilment of the obligations of the Finalrentals Lithuania and the customer.
Failures and fines
For a lost vehicle key, the customer must cover the costs of making the key and the cost of delivering the key to the customer. For lost, undecorated other vehicle items
(First aid kit, fire extinguisher, etc.) The customer compensates according to the market price or buys it back with his own funds.
For falsified vehicle documents: registration certificate, technical inspection passport, civil liability insurance policy - EUR 30 (for each lost document). For the lost state registration numbers - EUR 50 fine.
For a dirty vehicle interior when chemical washing is not required - 30 EUR.
A fine of EUR 100 for a dirty vehicle interior that requires chemical washing.
For dangerous or hooligan driving - a fine of EUR 300.
For smoking in the vehicle - EUR 150 fine.
Extras
Confirmation of Special Equipments depends upon the availability at the rental desk.
